The 2006 Brazilan Formula Grand Prix is confirmed for November 26th to December 3rd. The organisers are once again Arrow Marketing, hosts of the 2001 Worlds; and the regatta once again holds centre stage at Ceara Wind festival.

| The Andalusian Sailing Federation is pleased to announced that the 2007 Techno 293 Europeans will be part of the III New Year's Race, to be held in El Puerto de Santa Maria from 1st to 5th January 2007 (racing from 2nd to 5th inclusive). The Race will also include RSX M, RSX W and RSX Youth classes. |

ISA Speedsurfing Grand Prix Karpathos 24-31 August 2006 |
Bjorn Dunkerbeck (AND, T1, North) and Karin Jaggi (SUI, F2, North) are the winners of the Karpathos ISA Speedsurfing Grand Prix 2006. Bjorn was also able to clock the fastest speed of this year's season so far with 40.01 knots

After four spectacular competition days, the final day of the Windsurfing Euro-Cup Silvaplana brought the event to a thrilling climax. Arnon Dagan won the marathon race and took the triumph in Racing whilst Ross Williams won the slalom.

Lukasz Grodzicki from Poland led the RS:X fleet all week and was a convincing winner, Laura Linares won the ladies gold medal, one the young Italian from Sicily certainly deserved with a near perfect score card.

| Victor Fernandez (E-42 Fanatic /Simmer) wins his first PWA Grand Slam, and has his name etched in history as one the greats to have won at Pozo. Antoine Albeau (F-192 Starboard /NeilPryde) notches up 11 straight race wins to dominate the Slalom 42 racing, and Daida Moreno (E-64 North /Mistral), convincingly wins both the women's wave and freestyle titles. |
