If, for any reason, you find you are unable to attend the event for which you have registered, please contact the IWA office. PLEASE do NOT contact your card issuer or World Pay for a refund!

IWA makes no charge but refunds to credit cards and refunds by bank transfer will incur a service charge to cover World Pay or bank costs.
NB: payments can be transferred to another event or competitor without charge.
