New Aloha Class Chairman - Ezio Ferin
Ezio Ferin (ITA) has been elected Chairman of the Aloha Class in place of Marc Cardon. Marco Rossi and Ceri Williams have been elected as Vice Chairmen.

Aloha Class Equipment Evaluation Test
From the results of the test it was clear that the BIC 293D was the preferred board by both the competitors and the coaches.

2004 IFCA AGM
The 2004 Annual General Meeting of the International Funboard Class Association will be held on Tuesday 26 October 2004 on the Isle of Wight, UK during the IFCA Slalom Worlds. The exact location and time will be announced on the Official Notice Board.

IFCA Questionnaire
IFCA has been conducting a questionnaire amongst IFCA National Associations and have had useful replies from Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru and Turkey. ISAF Windsurfing Equipment Evaluation Event
Part III of the Windsurfing Evaluation event was held from 16 19 September on the South coast of England. Attending the trials were 5 different manufacturers entering a total of six designs, all conforming to the ISAF Hybrid rules.
