Ezio Ferin (ITA) has been elected Chairman of the Aloha Class in place of Marc Cardon. Marco Rossi and Ceri Williams have been elected as Vice Chairmen.

| IFCA has been conducting a questionnaire amongst IFCA National Associations and have had useful replies from Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru and Turkey. ISAF Windsurfing Equipment Evaluation Event |
Part III of the Windsurfing Evaluation event was held from 16 – 19 September on the South coast of England. Attending the trials were 5 different manufacturers entering a total of six designs, all conforming to the ISAF Hybrid rules.
