| Formula Windsurfing Youth & Master World Championships 2004 and Formula Windsurfing Women Cup |
The Formula Windsurfing Festival will be held in Dranske / Ruegen (Germany) from Wednesday September 15th to Sunday September 19th.
The prize money for the event is EUR 15.000,00 for the Windsurfing Euro-Cup and EUR 5.000,00 for the FW Women Cup
