DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY ENTRY
Take advantage of reduced entry fees by paying before the published pre-entry date - check the NoR carefully for the exact date for each event.
Entry fees are dependent on age not fleet, eg a junior racing as a youth pays the junior rate, a youth racing as a senior pays the youth rate (where applicable).
REGISTER ON-LINE
Your credit card details are processed by WorldPay and their acquiring bank, not IWA, making this the most secure way to pay your entry fee by credit card.
You should receive a receipt of payment from World Pay almost immediately. Please print and take a copy of this receipt with you to registration. (NoR - "proof of payment")
The World Pay receipt does not confirm acceptance of your entry and names do not go on the entry list straight away. IWA will send an e-mail to confirm your entry together with a payment receipt (NoR - "proof of payment") and then your name will appear on the pre-entry list.
Successful on-line entry with payment means job done! You do not need to send Form 1 to the IWA Office! You will be given a pre-printed form 1, (NoR - "original entry form") with all the information you have given us, to check and sign at registration.
If you do not receive anything from IWA within 48 hours of registering on-line, there may be a problem. Please contact the IWA office for help.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS USING FORM 1 VIA THE IWA OFFICE
The IWA office can process credit card payments on your behalf using the RBS World Pay secure payment gateway. Please contact the IWA Office for details. NB: IWA does not retain card details once the transaction has been processed.

Please ensure that your bank transfer is sent before the date given on Form 1, include the event name (as given on Form1 - eg "FW Worlds") and all competitor names or sail numbers the payment is for. The IWA Office handles many events and it is not always obvious what payments are for! Please e-mail copy of the bank transfer order to IWA together with Form 1.
REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you find you are unable to attend the event for which you have registered, please contact the IWA office.
IWA makes no charge but refunds to credit cards and refunds by bank transfer will incur a service charge to cover World Pay or bank costs. NB: payments can be transferred to another event or competitor without charge.
PLEASE do NOT contact your card issuer or World Pay for a refund - heavy penalties apply!
